Sometimes families are complex.
While the official papers from the coroner stated the cause of death as Hepatotoxicity (liver failure), the most likely cause was the dangerous mixture of Clopidogrel and Omeprazole.
Clopidogrel is used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in persons with heart disease (recent heart attack), recent stroke, or blood circulation disease (peripheral vascular disease).
