This is a great heartfelt story. One that many of us can feel and understand the pain. I applaud you ability to express so eloquently the swirl of emotions you experienced.
The only thing I resent is the need for writers on this site to slip in their OWN political beliefs when it has nothing to do with this story. The Kavanaugh quip destroys a well written, honest story.
